As an Advisor Assistant, Michelle’s role is to support the firm’s advisors in all aspects of servicing their clients’ needs. Through an array of administrative activities, and other support- and service-related solutions, Michelle always endeavors to create an exceptional client experience. Her favorite aspects of her job include: sharing a common vision, continually learning, and working toward a common goal with the highest ethical standards.
Michelle has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Born and raised in Florida, she began her career managing the University of Florida-Jacksonville Healthcare retirement plan, as part of a team of advisors. She moved to Austin in 2000, where she worked with another team of advisors collaborating and managing retirement plans for Seton Healthcare Network. Michelle continued her career in the financial services industry until 2010, when she and her family made a decision to dedicate their time and attention to fostering children – something they had always wanted to do. She considers it a blessing to have had an opportunity to have an impact on these childrens’ lives, while at the same time calling the experience “life-enhancing” for her family.
Today, Michelle has returned to the financial industry because she enjoys helping others reach their goals, as well as being part of a community of life-long learners and like-minded individuals. In her spare time, she enjoys watching football, hunting for antiques or vintage items, and spending time with friends and family.
Others describe Michelle as patient, unbiased, and thorough.
