Crystal Bowers
Executive Business Administrator
As the Executive Business Administrator and a member of the firm’s Management team, Crystal holds the primary managerial role for the administrative team, leads the firm’s marketing initiatives, plans all company events and actively contributes to firm-wide decision-making processes. Having joined Per Stirling in 2016, Crystal has been instrumental in improving the firm’s administrative processes and coordinating the administrative staff to enhance support for company communications and data management.
Crystal’s favorite aspect of her role at the firm is holding a position that is so unique and diverse in responsibilities. She enjoys working in an environment that presents constant opportunities to accrue knowledge, within and outside of the industry.
Crystal graduated from Texas State University with Honors and a B.S. in Communication with a minor in Marketing and Public Relations. Prior to joining Per Stirling, she began her career in legislation by working alongside a Texas Representative and Chairman at the State Capitol. In this capacity, she met with constituents and closely collaborated with legislative and committee directors, assessing bills, drafting legislation, and preparing informational materials for committee hearings.
Crystal was born and raised in Austin and currently lives in Cedar Park, Texas. She loves outdoor activities and finds joy in traveling and cycling.
