After earning her degree in Business Management from St. Edward’s University, Katherine built a successful career in upper management with a regional commercial contracting firm. Her work provided her with valuable leadership and organizational experience, setting a strong foundation for her future in financial advising.
In 1988, a pivotal personal event reshaped Katherine’s career aspirations. Following the unexpected loss of her father, Katherine took on the responsibility of managing her mother’s financial affairs. This challenging experience highlighted for her the profound impact that thoughtful financial planning and expert guidance can have. It inspired Katherine to become a financial advisor, committed to helping others navigate life’s complexities with confidence and clarity.
As the Director of Brokerage Operations at Per Stirling, Katherine combines her several decades of experience with a personal dedication to her clients. She serves a select and diverse group of individuals and families, guiding them toward achieving their financial goals and securing their futures.
Katherine and her husband, Day, are avid gardeners and food enthusiasts who also enjoy spending quality time with their children and many grandchildren. Balancing the joys and challenges of having children and grandchildren in college at the same time has deepened Katherine’s understanding of the importance of strategic financial planning across generations.
Katherine and Day are also passionate about giving back to their community. They actively volunteer with Mobile Loaves & Fishes, a mission-driven organization providing innovative and sustainable solutions to support the chronically homeless.
