Kim Ray M.Ed has been a long-time advocate for Per Stirling. In 2015, Kim joined the firm focusing on business development as a solicitor, assisting in the due diligence of bringing on strategic clients and opportunities to benefit growing client needs. Soon her role expanded to include community and client outreach.
To build relationships in the community and to showcase the expertise of the firm’s advisors, Kim established the Per Stirling Speakers Series in 2016. Per Stirling advisors provide relevant and meaningful educational content on a wide range of fiscal topics. The speaker series has been a burgeoning success attracting many in the professional community in Central Texas. The high quality of these classes has driven most participants to attend 2 or more classes.
From the Speakers Series’ 1031 Exchange presentations, interest in the firm continues to grow in the community among real estate professionals and investors. These professionals are seeking guidance to understand strategies used to accomplish specific tax, retirement and estate planning goals. Kim manages the education and client engagement of 1031 exchanges.
Kim received her master’s degree in Education from Vanderbilt University with a focus on fund development and institutional advancement. She is recognized by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a continuing education provider. Outside of Per Stirling, Kim has several hobbies and enjoys volunteering and traveling, but mostly you will find her spending time with her family and friends. Kim lives in Austin with her husband, Greg, and their kids: Stirling, Miles, & Havana.
