AprilPer Stirling Volunteers! – Jail to Jobs
Per Stirling’s Volunteer Initiative for March focused efforts on raising funds and awareness for an organization called Jail to Jobs. This organization presents young adults who have had tough upbringings a community of role models who have had similar experiences to help get them on the right path of life. Jail to Jobs focuses on helping youthful offenders to find purpose, personal growth and achievement by giving them a support system and practical life skills to find employment.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 arising in March, Per Stirling wasn’t able to be hands on for this volunteer initiative, but we were able to make monetary donations towards the cause. During the month of April, we plan to focus on helping the community as a whole during this pandemic. This is a trying time right now for everyone and we want to make a difference where we can. We are all in this together!
