AugustPer Stirling’s Annual Bring Your Kid to Work Day | A Wild and Wonderful Success!
On August 2nd, Per Stirling hosted an unforgettable Bring Your Kid to Work Day, filled with excitement, learning, and fun for both the children and their parents. This year’s event featured an array of activities that made it a memorable day for everyone involved.
The day began with face painting and balloon twisting. A talented artist transformed the children’s faces into their favorite animals, superheroes, and fantastical creatures. Meanwhile, a skilled balloon twister crafted intricate balloon animals and swords. As the kids enjoyed these activities, they also indulged in a delicious assortment of pizzas with a pizza party from Austin’s Pizza!
Up next the children were treated to a visit from Wildlife Zoofari. The Zoofari team brought wide variety of exotic animals, capturing the kids’ attention with a toucan, armadillo, skunk, fox, chinchilla, gila monster, monkey, and even a Wallaby. The educational presentation not only introduced the children to these cute and amazing animals but to their natural habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts.
The day concluded with a bubble party! Gigantic bubbles were made by the older children, amidst a stream of smaller bubbles from a bubble machine. The children had a blast chasing and popping them, with the younger ones especially enjoying the experience, bathing in the bubbles and simply being kids.
With nearly 15 kiddos showing up this year, Bring Your Kid to Work Day at Per Stirling was a resounding success! Thanks to the participation of our employees, advisors and all our wonderful children. We look forward to hosting more events like this, fostering a sense of community and joy within our Per Stirling family.
