OctoberConspirare Performs for Per Stirling
Just over a decade ago, Per Stirling was founded with a belief that the firm should be driven by a commitment to excellent service, and that such a concentration on our clients, our community and our team would yield its own rewards. That core belief was manifested in our company credo that “If you take outrageously good care of your clients, and treat the members of your team like family, everything else will take care of itself”.
That philosophy defines who we are both as professionals and as a firm, and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to take “outrageously good” care of our wonderful clients each and every day. What we had not anticipated was that this philosophy would ultimately bring to Per Stirling a growing amount of recognition on a local, national, and even international level.
Indeed, Per Stirling was honored to be selected in both 2019 and 2020 by the Financial Times as one of the 300 best RIAs in America (in both years, Per Stirling was one of only 15 Texas-based firms to be so recognized).
The firm was also honored by InvestmentNews in each of 2018, 2019, and 2020 for being one of The Best Places in the U.S. to Work for Financial Advisors. Most recently, InvestmentNews recognized Per Stirling as the 5th-best, mid-sized financial services firm in America for advisors to work with, and as one of only 46 firms in the country that have been selected for this honor more than once. As noted, Per Stirling has been selected as a top firm in all three years of the survey’s history.
In what was one of the proudest moments in our history, Per Stirling also won the 2018 Ethics in Business and Community Award after being a top-three finisher for the award the prior year. Further, Per Stirling is regularly recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of the best places in Austin to Work and, in 2019, ranked as the second-best firm in Austin to work for with between 21 and 50 employees.
While growth has always been a by-product of our business philosophy rather than an objective, we have found that doing business the “right” way has also had a significant impact on our growth. Indeed, Per Stirling was recognized as the fourth-fastest-growing RIA in America (with at least $300 million of aum), according to the July 2019 edition of Financial Advisor Magazine, and was previously recognized in 2018 as the third-fastest-growing advisory firm in America (with at least $250 million under management).
While serving our clients, and helping them to achieve their goals is at the heart of everything that we do, this success has allowed us many opportunities to give back to our community, which includes sponsoring a variety of charities, in addition to volunteering and raising money for dozens of non-profits and worthwhile causes.
We understand that none of this would be possible without our wonderful clients, and it is with tremendous excitement that we announce an upcoming event that, in cooperation with one of those non-profits, is our way of thanking you, and all of our clients across the country, for allowing us the opportunity to serve you.
