AprilPer Stirling Volunteers! – Amplify Austin
During March, the team and advisors at Per Stirling actively participated in Amplify Austin, an event where the Austin community comes together to support Central Texas through the I Live Here I Give Here campaign.
“I Live Here I Give Here is a nonprofit organization on a mission to make Central Texas the most generous community in the nation. We believe that we can build a more united, more equitable, and more prosperous community for all when we give together. I Live Here I Give Here created the Amplify Austin initiative in 2013.” –ilivehereigivehere.org
Over 750 carefully screened non-profit organizations benefit from matching funds contributed by generous sponsors. These non-profits also have the chance to win significant prizes, including grand prizes, early giving incentives, and hourly awards. The more donations a non-profit receives on Amplify Austin Day, the greater the additional funds awarded to support their community initiatives, providing crucial operational support.
In 2024, Amplify Austin took place on March 6th and 7th. This year, our efforts resulted in raising over $12,000 and here is the list of charities we supported:

- Launch Pad Job Club
- Out Youth
- Ronald McDonald House

We’re aiming to join the Bowl for Kids event in mid-April, which supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas.
