MayPER STIRLING VOLUNTEERS! – BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS 2024
In April, as part of our community outreach, Per Stirling contributed funds to support the 2024 Bowl for Kids event organized by Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Central Texas. BBBS is a non-profit organization committed to helping younger people realize their full potential.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas facilitates children’s success by pairing them with caring adult mentors. Serving approximately 1,000 children annually across Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties, BBBS connects volunteers with “Littles” for regular meetings, fostering meaningful relationships over a minimum period of one year, under the guidance of BBBS‘s skilled staff.
Each year, BBBS hosts the Bowl for Kids’ event to raise funds vital for sustaining and broadening mentoring initiatives. Per Stirling staff and advisors have made monetary donations to this cause for the last few years, and these donations play a crucial role in supporting BBBS‘s ongoing mentoring programs.
Our support for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas illustrates how businesses can actively contribute to the well-being of society. We recognize that our contributions go beyond monetary value; they lay the groundwork for a future filled with hope and empowerment.
