Per Stirling, a leading, independent Registered Investment Advisory firm headquartered in Austin Texas, is proud to announce a strategic partnership between itself and one of Austin’s most prestigious wealth management firms, Couch Hallum Financial Group.
Both teams will join together under the Per Stirling name to form one of the largest and fastest growing wealth management firms headquartered in Central Texas. The combined team of 26 professionals includes 19 financial advisors, ten Certified Financial Planners, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Analyst, an attorney, two Certified Divorce Financial Analysts, an Accredited Estate Planner, a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant and two former institutional portfolio managers.

The unified team will maintain the existing offices of both firms (in Westlake Hills and Northwest Hills) for the convenience of its clients and in order to help accommodate Per Stirling’s rapid growth.
Couch Hallum founders, Barton Couch and Richard Hallum, will retain their existing staff and compliance personnel, in order to ensure a smooth and seamless transition, and will join Per Stirling as Partners in the unified firm. “We are excited to continue to serve our clients and look forward to exceeding their expectations of the benefits of this exciting partnership,” said Bart Crouch.
